Terms of service

I hereby state that I have negotiated an agreement with Susan Boylan, Proofreading services to proofread a written work, owned by the person named in this form, within a time frame that suits both our needs.
I confirm—by checking the acceptance box—that I am 18 years of age or older, will submit the agreed 10% down payment, and agree to pay the promised amount upon satisfactory completion of the proofreading services.
